Our C130H Aircrew Training System (ATS) programs are designed to provide C130H aircraft pilots and flight engineers with the highest quality operationally oriented training experience. We offers the most advanced C130H initial, recurrent, refresher, upgrade, supplemental Simulator training program which adopt a practical and operational learning approach. The training programs combine our innovative methodologies, experienced instructors, and leverage on our high-fidelity simulation technology and have radically changed the way C130H aircrews are trained throughout their training lifecycle.
Our Aircrew Training System (ATS) is an Enhanced Virtual Simulator that allow aircrew and maintenance personnel to gain practical experience with the C130 airframe systems, engines and avionics systems. The ATS offers optimal intermediate technical system fault finding and procedural training prior to training on a full-mission simulator. Pilots and maintenance technicians are able to perform normal and abnormal cockpit procedures, enhanced by corresponding aircraft aural cues, while simultaneously observing the aircraft's system operations through computer-generated, full animations displayed through multi-panel monitors. Users are also able to access schematics, malfunctions and other miscellaneous aircraft panels. The high-fidelity virtual simulator and virtual cockpit provides C130 flight crew a "virtual aircraft" for systems familiarization, procedural training, and troubleshooting.
By blending our best of class Instructor-led-Training with Computer-Aided-Instruction system modules, our C130H Aircrew Training System (ATS) not only teach C130H aircraft type system knowledge but also allow you to respond to Normal & Emergency indications and interact with the various controls as you do in the real aircraft. Advanced tools are embedded within these system lessons, increasing training effectiveness. Our lessons allow the pilots, flight engineers and our instructors to operate the system virtually in normal and abnormal conditions with focus on technical troubleshooting and crew resource management (CRM) skills.

Upon completion, the Loadmaster will be proficient and current in their knowledge. They will be prepared for the squadron's flight re-qualification program to perform as an operational C130H Loadmaster in a squadron environment.

Description:
The enhanced Crew Resource Management (eCRM) and C130H Navigator Refresher Training program is specially tailored for C-130H Navigators. It caters to Junior (200-500FH), Supervisory (6000 -1000FH) and Senior Navigators (1000-3000hrs). The program and course outline is carefully structured to provide review of C130H aircraft and Navigational Systems. The program also introduces the eCRMProcess Discipline, Fundamentals, Competencies and Task Oriented Processes. The training will be engaging with several case studies to ingrain Navigator's discipline.
